Daily Tip:

Judical Activism
04.26.05 (12:43 pm)   [edit]
Constitution:

Article III

Section 1. The judicial power of the United States, shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The judges, both of the supreme and inferior courts, shall hold their offices during good behaviour, and shall, at stated times, receive for their services, a compensation, which shall not be diminished during their continuance in office.

Section 2. "...In all the other cases before mentioned, the Supreme Court shall have appellate jurisdiction, both as to law and fact, with such exceptions, and under such regulations as the Congress shall make..."

Judges do not have "absolute" power without recourse, they are subject to removal at such time that Congress determines they have not exhibited "good behavior".

For most of the last 50 years or so the political climate has encouraged "judical activism" because it allowed law to be created without actually having the Congress be accountable.

The times are a changing!

Tax,Tax,Tax
04.07.05 (3:46 pm)   [edit]
Progressives know nothing but Tax, Tax, Tax....

Never mind where the money goes....

Now thet want the "rich" to donate refunds to their programs that promote higher taxes?

Their programs and agendas
04.03.05 (3:24 pm)   [edit]
We are at war to protect the USA, but the Progressives just blunder along in their dream world:

1) Complaining about how bad "their" education system is.

2) Complaining about the government deficits that "their" giveaway programs create.

3) Complaining about high energy prices caused mostly by "their" agendas.

4) Demanding that all social and moral values in the USA be subverted to meet "their" distorted agenda.

5) Embracing Islam/Muslim efforts to overtake the West.

6) Encouraging any and all methods to subvert our military.

With everything being saturated with Terri and the Pope, it just didn't seem a good time to do a post.

MoveOff is happy to announce RepublicanVoices has joined the Network.

Emil and his crew specifically address the broken EdukShun system that has been and is still perpetuated by the Progressives.

For those that are looking for great links to Lib sites, we have added a basic offering here.

The main site has been tuned some: MoveOff.Us.

A NOTE: Gas/Oil prices are going sky-high, so we must give proper thanks to all the Progressive efforts to bring this situation to all of us. At every turn they obstruct and fight any "resaonable" energy policy, because they want to undermine the economy of the USA.

It seems that "finally" the American public might be starting to understand that all "elitist" judges that ignore the people and the constitution are subject to firing or recall and deserve what they reap.
